Holiday Cranberry Salad

1 can whole cranberry sauce -- (16-ounce)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix cranberries and lemon juice. Spread this mixture in shallow pan
or ice cube
tray. Whip cream. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix in mayonnaise. Spread
over
cranberries and sprinkle top with nuts. Freeze. Serve on lettuce
leaves.
