Source: the recipe collection I inherited from my mother.
4 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 12-oz can white niblets corn, drained - OR cook 2 cups frozen corn
kernels before proceeding with the rest of the recipe
In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, parsley and onion powder,
heating until melted. Add corn and heat through. Quick, simple and
beyond good!
